An SEC filing by ONEOK this week reflected changes in ownership of stock by executives.
Ten filings were reported at the Securities and Exchange Commission with each of the company officers acquiring new stock in the company.
The ten included President and CEO Terry Spencer; Senior VP Sheridan Swords; Sr. VP of Finance and Treasurer Derek Reiners; VP and Chief Accounting Officer Sheppard Miers III; Executive VP Commercial Robert Martinovich; Senior VP Charles Kelley; Executive VP Walter Hulse III; Senior VP Wesley Christensen; Executive VP and Chief Commercial Officer Kevin Burdick; and Senior VP and General Counsel Stephen Allen.
