With the wrapup of its $900 million sale of its Retail Propane business this week, Tulsa-based NGL also announced a change in its executive leadership.
In a filing with the Securities Exchange Commission, the company said Vincent J. Osterman resigned from his position as President of Retail Propane Operations. He will no longer be a named Executive Officer but will remain as a member of the Board of Directors of the NGL Energy Holdings LLC, the genral partner of NGL Energy Partners LP.
The propane division was sold to Superior Energy Plus.
