Despite the heat, no record use of electricity is reported by major utilities

Oil drilling activity grows in Kingfisher County

Kingfisher County continues to be the king of Oklahoma’s STACK play, as the latest completion reports published by OK Energy Today showed 17 more new wells. After a second quarter 2017 loss of more than $3 billion, ConocoPhillips reports turning things around with a second-quarter 2018 earnings of $1.6 billion.
