The Oklahoma Corporation Commission meets Thursday morning for a signing order session.
The meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. at the Jim Thorpe building. One item is Cause No. PUD 201800021, an application of Iochem Corporation for an order of the Commission declaring compliance and applicability of the Retail Electric Supplier Certified Territory Act.
But there are a number of other issues those on pooling matters, increased density of proposed wells, horizontal spacing, location exception and fines against some energy companies.
