Noble Midstream Updates Success in Permian Basin and in Northern Colorado

Houston’s Noble Midstream Partners LP reports its wells in the Delaware section of the Permian Basin in West Texas are bringing in 115 thousand barrels of oil equivalent a day. Plus the company is expanding operations in northern Colorado.

The Permian’s production includes 90,000 barrels of oil a day and 150 million cubic feet of gas every day.

The company provided the new information in an operational and commercial update released this week. Noble Midstream is also nearing completion of an oil, gas and water gathering system for its Mustang development in the DJ Basin of northern Colorado. Start-up is anticipated in June.

Noble has also secured more long-term dedications for its Black Diamond Gathering system in the DJ Basin, representing more than 200 wells across 17,000 acres. Black Diamond was created in December 2017 in a $625 million joint venture with Greenfield Midstream LLC. The two acquired Saddle Butte Rockies Midstream LLC and its affiliates.

The new system includes 160 miles of pipeline with 300,000 barrels a day of delivery capacity and nearly 210,000 barrels of crude oil storage capacity.
