Late Completion Filing Shows Large Well in Kingfisher county

The latest completion reports published by OK Energy Today indicate at least a dozen oil wells drilled and producing for Oklahoma Energy Acquisition in Kingfisher County.

But all were actually drilled last summer and completed in the fall. So the company was just filing the reports. The largest of the wells was the Themer 1706 4-6MH which had production of 1,288 barrels of oil a day.

The Themer had a spud date of July 25, 2017 and drilling was finished on August 7, 2017. Completion was made Nov. 18, 2017.

The smallest producer for Oklahoma Energy Acquisition brought in only 12 barrels a day.

The latest filing of permits to drill show 12 were issued for Blaine County and another 12 for Kingfisher County, both in the STACK.

Ten of the permits for Blaine County were issued to Devon Energy. Ten of the permits for Kingfisher County were issued to Hinkle Oil and Gas of Oklakhoma City.

Eight permits were issued for drilling in Grady county including 3 to Continental Resources and two to Citizen Energy II.

Four permits were granted for Canadian county as well as to Garfield county. Five were issued for drilling in Garvin County.
