Another fatal oil well drilling rig accident is under investigation in Oklahoma.
The Caddo County sheriff’s office was notified of the incident Tuesday afternoon. A worker reported fell to his death from a rig located near the town of Cement.
The rig is located at County Street 2740 and County Road 1450.
The sheriff’s office as of mid-afternoon would not comment or offer any other details of the incident.
