A quarterly cash distribution of about 32 cents per unit was announced by Oklahoma City-based Enable Midstream Partners, LP.
The Board of Directors put the distribution at $0.318 per unit on all outstanding common units for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, 2017. The distribution is the same as the 3rd quarter of 2017.
Payment will be made Feb. 27, 2018 to unitholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 20, 2018.
The company also announced the board declared a quarterely cash distribution of $0.625 per unit on all Series A Preferred Units for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, 2017. The distribution will be paid Feb. 15, 2018 to unit holders of record at the close of business on Feb. 9, 2018.
Enable is in charge of the ownership and operation of more than 13,000 miles of gathering pipelines and 7,800 of interstate pipelines. It also is in operation of nearly 2,200 miles of intrastate pipeline and eight storage facilities with 85.0 billion cubic feet of storage capacity.
