Work on obtaining the Daily Permit and Completion reports from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in light of the recent hacking incident at the OCC is moving ahead.
However, as our friends at OklahomaWells.com indicate, the state is still finalizing some of its repair work following the hacking incident two weeks ago. The OCC is the primary source of information for the reports but the website was removed on or before Oct. 23 as a precaution.
At last word, no new digital Permit or Completion data was available from the OCC. However, the OCC has been scanning and publishing permits approved since Oct. 19. It is a matter of when the state will publish the documents.
In the meantime, the state is reportedly working on additional security at its site to prevent another such hacking attack.
Thank you for your patience.
