Federal Reserve Bank Conference to Feature Corporation Commissioner and Energy Executives in Oklahoma

Oklahoma Corporation Commission Chairwoman Dana Murphy will be part of a panel at a joint conference this week of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.

The conference will be held Friday at Oklahoma City’s Petroleum club and the commissioner will be part of a 1:30 p.m. panel.

The panel discussion is entitled “Regulation: Finding clarity in uncertain times” and will also feature John Shackelford who is a Senior Examiner of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and Texas Railroad Commission Chairman Christi Craddock.

Mine Ycel, Senior Vice President and Director of Research at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas will moderate the session.

The joint conference will also feature a panel discussion with energy executives including Harold Hamm, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Continental Resources; Doug Lawler who is President and CEO at Chesapeake Energy;  Bobby Tudor, chairman of Tudor, Pickering, Holt and Company; and Tim Dove, President and CEO of Pioneer Natural Resources. The panel will be moderated by Chad Wilkerson, Oklahoma City Branch Executive and Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
