Donation Drive Launched by Oklahoma Oil and Gas Association to Help Texans

The Oklahoma Oil and Gas Association is launching a one-day drive to help Texas in the wake of the deadly and devastating Hurricane and flooding.

The drive, in connection with the Oklahoma Red Cross will be held Friday. Several energy companies are part of the effort to provide more aid and comfort to storm survivors.

The Red Cross is also asking for cases of bottled water, prepackaged snacks with long shelf life, hygiene products such as tooth brushes, shampoo and soap and cleaning supplies such as trash bags and bleach.

Several oil and gas companies over the state will accepted donations from employees and the general public on Friday.

Halliburton at 6917 S. Air Depot Blvd in Midwest City.

Unit Corp. at 8200 S. Unit Drive in Tulsa.

SandRidge Energy at 2300 E. Oklahoma Blvd in Alva.

FourPoint Energy at 5101 S. Eastern Avenue in Elk City.

Newfield Exploration at 164760 N. 3030 Road in Foster.

LINN Energy at 10529 E. 790 Road in Kingfisher.

Newfield Exploration at 5111 S. Highway 69 in McAlester.

Phillips 66 at 1000 S. Pine Street, Gate 4 in Ponca City.

Devon Energy at 4501 Technology Dr. in Weatherford.

Marathon Oil at 3958 Highway 3 in Watonga.

Rockwater Energy, 4119 Oklahoma Avenue in Woodward.
