Sand Springs-based Frontier Integrity Solutions, an oil and gas pipeline inspection company has announced the naming of Keyth Pengal as CEO. He and oil and gas industry veteran Bill Boyer have been added immediately to the company’s Board of Directors.
Pengal has more than 25 years of operating experience and most recently was a Managing Director of Atar Capital.
“He will further strengthen the core values while bringing in his operating mettle, coupled with Bill’s 41 years of experience in oil and gas,” said Cyrus Nikou, Chairman of FIS and Founder and Managing Partner of Atar Capital.
Boyer is Senior Vice-President of Operations at Southcross Energy Partners L.P and retired from Occidental Petroleum after 39 years where he was president of the company’s crude oil pipeline subsidiary, Centurion Pipeline.
