Baker Hughes Rig Count: U.S. Gains 12 New Rigs, Oklahoma Adds 4

Both the U.S. and Oklahoma saw big jumps in rig counts in the past week according to figures released by Baker Hughes. Oklahoma’s count jumped by four to reach 136.
