Diamond Pipeline Construction Upsets Muskogee Landowner

Construction of a 440-mile pipeline that goes through eastern Oklahoma not only has been opposed by environmentalists but also has left at least one family near Muskogee upset.

They’re not happy with the way the workers have left things as they build the Diamond Pipeline, a joint venture of Houston-based Plains all American Pipeline and Valero. The pipeline is crossing seven counties in Oklahoma and will eventually bisect Arkansas and terminate in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Muskogee Phoenix reported how the pipeline construction angered one landowner who didn’t like the way workers left her pasture.
