A former aide to Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe is joining the ranks of new U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator, Scott Pruitt.

Mandy Gunasekara is leaving her current post as majority counsel for the Environment and Public Works Committee to become a senior policy adviser for the EPA, according to Bloomberg BNA.

Gunasekara is tied to the infamous snowball incident on Capitol Hill in February of 2015. She supplied the snowball that Inhofe hurled on the Senate floor to dispute climate change.

She joins Ryan Jackson, another former Inhofe aide who is now affiliated with Pruitt’s office. Gunasekara’s first day at the EPA will be March 20.

She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law.
