Tulsa-based Helmerich & Payne, Inc. announced the appointment of two new members to the drilling company’s Board of Directors on Tuesday.
Kevin G. Cramton is an operating partner at HCI Equity Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. He also serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Atlantix Global Systems, a leading reseller of IT hardware and services. Cramton has several years of experience in the automotive industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Cardone Industries from 2012 to 2015. Prior to his service at Cardone, Cramton served as Chief Executive Officer of Revstone Industries from 2011 to 2012. Prior to Revstone, Cardone was Managing Director of RHJ International (Ripplewood Holdings), a publicly traded investment holding company from 2007 to 2011. Cramton has served on various company boards and worked in management positions during a 20-year career at Ford Motor Company.
José R. Mas has been the Chief Executive Officer of MasTec, Inc. since April 2007. He joined MasTec in 1992 and has served as a board member for the company since 2001. MasTec’s primary activities include the engineering, building, installation, maintenance and upgrade of energy, utility and communications infrastructure. Mas also serves on the board of directors of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He was awarded the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011 and 2012.
The appointments are effective March 1, 2017.
