The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality issued an Air Quality Advisory on Tuesday for northeast Oklahoma.
Osage, Nowata, Rogers and Mayes counties were put under the advisory while several surrounding counties in the northeast and north central parts of the state were in what was described as “moderate” conditions.
The advisory means there are possible adverse health effects.
