Oklahoma U.S. Representatives Frank Lucas and Jim Bridenstine know their 2015 assignments on the House Science, Space and Technology Committee.
Committee chairman Lamar Smith, (R-Texas) made the announcement this week.
“Rep. Frank Lucas will continue to serve as vice chair of the Science Committee. His leadership and dedication to ensuring that federally funded science is in the best interests of all Americans is an invaluable asset,” stated Smith. “Together, we will strengthen America’s scientific enterprise and ensure that policies are based on sound science.”
Lucas is also a member of the Subcommittee on Research and Technology. Congressman Bridenstine and Lucas are members of the Subcommittee on Space.
