The State-appointed commission tasked with recommending when and where to cut tax credits and for which industries meets Tuesday at the State Capitol.

The Incentive Evaluation Commission meeting agenda includes discussion and possible action on eleven incentives for 2016. One is a tax credit for tuition reimbursement for Aerospace Employers, a credit for compensation paid by Aerospace employers and another on the tax credit for electricity generated by Zero Emission facilities. The credits for the wind industry are targets of some legislators who want the date for cutting moved up two to three years.

An excise tax exemption on aircraft sales will be reviewed as will one for historic rehabilitation. Still another that has been under criticism is the Oklahoma Film Enhancement rebate.

The meeting will be at 1 p.m. in room 511-A of the State Capitol Building.
