Tulsa-based Williams Partners declared a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.85 per unit for its common shareholders as announced by the company on Tuesday.
The partnership’s board of directors approved the quarterly cash distribution, which is payable on November 11, 2016, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on November 4, 2016.
