Tulsa-based WPX Energy filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against an unknown individual for trademark infringement and related fraud, according to a report in The Tulsa World. ODOT Promotes Siv Sundaram to Environmental Programs Division Engineer

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation recently named Siv Sundaram as the agency’s Environmental Programs Division Engineer.
