Promotions of several officers have been announced by Houston-based Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.
Mark Gorman, Dan Nerbonne, Phil Smith and Dwayne Koehn have been promoted or have assumed more responsibilities.
Gorman’s currently Executive Vice President Operations and Engineering and is moving to a new role of Executive Vice President. He’ll be a special advisor to the President and COO, U.S. and spend time in strategic initiatives.
Dan Nerbonne is the current Senior Vice President Engineering and was promoted to Executive Vice President Operations and Engineering. He’ll be responsible for leading the U.S. Operations, Engineering, Land, Communications, Safety and Environmental groups.
Current Vice President of Operations, Phil Smith is the new Senior Vice President of Operations. He’s been leading the Operations organization since 2008.
Dwayne Koehn, Vice President of Engineering will take on additional responsibilities in leading the entire Engineering, Integrity, and Technical Services organizations.
