Halliburton has renamed Mark McCollum as the Houston company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
The announcement says the appointment will be effective immediately. McCollum will continue reporting to Dave Lesar, Chairman and Chief Executive Office at the company and will also remain a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Christian Garcia, who had assumed McCollulm’s CFO responsibilities for the last 18 months will stay with the company as Senior Vice President of Finance until August 1 at which time he will take early retirement.
