David House was named as the new president and chief executive officer of Tulsa’s Continuum Energy LLC as part of the company’s leadership transition plan, according to a report published in the Tulsa World. House succeeds Jason Few.
According to the report, Continuum Energy operates dual headquarters in Tulsa and Houston. The company serves oil and gas producers in the mid-continent, Appalachia, West Texas, New Mexico and the Utica shale areas, as well as a growing retail natural gas market in Illinois through its majority-owned subsidiary, Vanguard Energy Services LLC.
“Continuum’s brand and business model are strong, and I have quickly learned I will be leading a team of some of the industry’s most talented professionals,” said House in a recent statement. “I look forward to working with our leadership team and board of managers to continue to strengthen our reputation and business offerings to position Continuum for future growth.”
House has ties to Oklahoma’s oil and gas industry, serving as president and chief financial officer of Tulsa-based Jireh Resources LLC, with prior stints at Primary Natural Resources and Samson Resources Co.
