Dallas-based Discovery Midstream Holdings LLC says it is partnering with Old Ironsides Energy LLC of Boston to pursue midstream infrastructure acquisition and greenfield development opportunities across the U.S.
It’s a long-standing relationship the two firms have. Five years ago, Discovery President Mike Davis partnered with the Old Ironsides team to construct the Wildcat Sabine Pipeline in Louisiana. In 2011, the Wildcat team again partnered with the Massachusetts company to form Wildcat Midstream Holdings LLC which built and owned and operated assets in West Texas, South Texas and North Louisiana.
Davis is one of three managing partners at Discovery. Others include Steven Meisel, the Chief Commercial Officer and Drew Chambers, Chief Financial Officer.
Other partners include Chief Operating Officer Cory Jordan and Chief Accounting Officer Julie Hartmann. All are former executives of Wildcat Midstream Partners LLC, a company co-founded by Mr. Davis in 2011.
