Federal prosecutors in Wichita revealed the indictment this week against David Lawson of Hillsboro, Kansas. the 70-year old was the owner and director of Sonstone Trading LLC, according to acting U.S. Attorney Tom Beall.

The prosecutor explained the charges tem from a deal Lawton made to sell 90 barrels of oil a day to Pamon Gathering Inc. but instead sold the company raw gas oil which is a mixture of various refined petroleum products with a lesser commercial value.
