Oklahoma oilman Harold Hamm has come down on the side of Donald Trump in the race for the White House.
The founder of Continental Resources said Trump’s the kind of man with the “fortitude to make tough decisions.” and is “a business leader’s candidate.” Hamm, the 2012 energy adviser to GOP Presidential candidate Mitt Romney had previously made donations to the now-ended presidential campaign of Florida U.S. Senator Marco Rubio.
“The next president of the United States must have the courage, determination and intelligence to disrupt politics as usual,” said Hamm in a public letter. He described Trump as the candidate who has such determination to correct a series of mistakes from politicians in Washington.
As for Trump?
“Such ah honor to get the endorsement of Harold Hamm, one of the great men in the history of the oil and energy business,” said Trump.
