Tulsa Businesswoman Named to State Turnpike Authority

The newest member of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority is Dana Weber of Tulsa, named recently by Governor Mary Fallin to replace Kevin Hem who resigned in November 2015.

Weber will begin serving immediately on the Authority. She is president and chief executive officer of Webco Industries Inc., a firm that manufactures and distributes tubular products designed to industry and customer specifications. Weber has been with the Sand Springs-based company since 1977. She is also a board member of the Oklahoma State Chamber, the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs and Oklahoma Innovation Institute. Weber also served on the governor’s tax reform task force in 2011.

“The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority will be well served by Dana Weber’s broad business experience,” said Fallin in announcing the appointment. “That will be important as the Turnpike Authority embarks on its Drive Forward expansion and improvement program.”
