A family of engineering companies is forming a single entity and will have a major presence in Tulsa. The Linde Process Plants and Linde Engineering North American with its Hydro-Chem division will create the new Linde Engineering North America Inc. (LENA). The company deals with natural gas processing, refining, as well as other gas and engineering areas.
“The realignment allows us to better serve customers and operate more effectively,” said Linde Engineering North America Inc. Chief Executive Officer Steve Bertone. “We remain committed to our customers, suppliers and other partners as we focus on building future growth.”
Once the reorganization is complete, Linde Engineering North America will have its primary presence in Tulsa and Houston, Texas. The company will also maintain its locations in Atlanta, Georgia, and Blue Bell, Pennsylvania.
“Although we are placing increased emphasis in certain geographic markets, we are not exiting any area of our business operations or discontinuing any products or services,” Bertone said.
The new entity will remain a member of The Linde Group based in Munich, Germany.
