Blueknight Energy Partners announced Wednesday that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash distribution of .1450 cents per common unit. It is an increase of 6.2 percent over the fourth quarter 2014 distribution.
The Board also declared a distribution of .17875 cents per preferred unit.
The distributions will be paid on February 12, 2016, to unitholders of record as of February 2, 2016.
Blueknight Energy distributions for the year total .5720 cents per common unit which is a 7.2 percent increase over the previous year’s payout.
